Finally, after over a year, I'm back! As you can see, I'm doing some redesigning of the website. Anticipate some content updates, too. In the mean time, click on the "Video Capture Device" script on the left for some material from Weezer's new DVD of the same title.

I made a "Ringtones" page, where I will be posting Weezer ringtones in the Nokia composer format. Right now, "Velouria" is up. Feel free to email me if you have some ringtones.

Just got through typing lyrics for "O Lisa," "Teenage Victory Song," "Always," "Starlight," and "I Do," but out of those, only the link for "I Do" works. (All in the Discography & Lyrics page, of course.) I don't feel like checking out the problem today. Besides, it's my dad's birthday...I should be heading home, as it is almost 6 pm, and I'm still at school...

Head on over to vh1.com for showtimes for "Rock's Most Eligible Bachelors"; apparently, Rivers Cuomo will be featured in the "Good Guys" section, according to weezer.com.

Just read on "Karl's Corner" at weezer.com that an unauthorized CD-bio entitled Maximum Weezer will be released on October 29. Some advice: do not buy this CD! I just wasted $12.99 several weekends ago on Maximum Jimmy Eat World; there are only 10 second interview clips at the beginning of each track, and the rest is just this lady with an English accent telling the history of the band. The (small) plus side: the Maximum CDs usually come with a mini-poster.

It turns out that Rivers was on the "Jackass: The Movie" special on MTV. Here's what happened, if you missed it:
Rick Cosick: "How come you don't like Rick Cosick?"
Rivers Cuomo: "Who's that?"
RK: "Me, the fat guy with the glasses."
RC: "I actually really do like him."
RK: "Oh, show me how much you like him. Let's see a hug. Let's see a brotherly hug."
RC: "I don't like him that much."
RK: "No male bonding never hurts, Rivers."
RC: "I'm slow to bond. I'll shake your hand."
RK: "Good enough."
It's funnier if you watched it, though. :-D
