I changed the background to a medley of scenes from the "Buddy Holly," "Say It Ain't So," "El Scorcho," "Hash Pipe," "Island in the Sun," "Photograph," and "Keep Fishin'" music videos. Meanwhile, there are some updates in the news column to the right, as well as in the Discography and Lyrics page.

In the latest of Weezer news, the band has just arrived in Japan for the Summersonic Festival, and will later travel to Europe for the Reading/Leeds Festival. Also, Pat and Scott will be guests on the syndicated love help radio show "Loveline."

The "Weezer in the Media" page has been updated. "Keep Fishin'" will debut on MTV "TRL" (?) on Thursday, July 25, and debuted this week on VH1's Top 20, at #20. They'll also be on MTV for the unofficial "Making the Video" segment for the same video, and perform on "Late Show with David Letterman" on Thursday.

I updated the Weezer in the Media page to include a press listing. And speaking of "Weezer in the Media," tune in to MTV today for their live performance at LA's Whiskey, as part of the network's "All Access Week." Also, I added a listing of the band's rare songs on the Discography and Lyrics page. The lyrics will come soon.

Another new page: Fan Fiction! The "Buddy Holly" video has been taken off the site because it doesn't seem to be working. Instead there are the "Hash Pipe" and "El Scorcho" videos! Sorry for the inconvenience; enjoy!

Yesterday (July 4) was not only the U.S.'s birthday; it was mmine, as well! In fact, it was my 16th birthday, and I got a Zip Drive...yay!
I updated the site with some pix from the "Keep Fishin'" video shoot, courtesy weezer.com and weezer.ws. I also added in photos to the Tour and Links pages.

The "Keep Fishin'" video will air on MTV some time next week. The behind-the-scenes special on the video will air on MTV2 July 14. (Darn, I don't have MTV2!) Also, Weezer will be the musical guests on David Letterman on July 25. And, as if that wasn't enough, they will appear on "Tours to Watch" on MTV, on July 14. My VCR sure will be busy this month...
Tomorrow's my birthday! Sweet 16, here I come!

Weezer have just wrapped up the video shoot for "Keep Fishin'", so keep your eyes open for it, as well as a behind-the-scenes peek on an upcoming episode of "Access Hollywood."
In the meantime, they are busy in the studio, in pre-production of their fifth album.

Their fourth album, "Maladroit," was released on May 14th, so pick up your copy at your nearest music retailer! I recommend it, it totally rocks!
